         The mission of the Foundation is to encourage and facilitate the continued growth of quality medical care through innovative educational and research opportunities for healthcare providers and others.

             The Sonoma County Academic Foundation for Excellence in Medicine welcomes your support to fulfill its mission and will gladly assist with your contribution planning. Donations to the Foundation are tax-deductible.

             The Sonoma County Academic Foundation for Excellence in Medicine is a private non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of California, and governed by a Board of Directors. The Board allocates gifts to those areas of greatest need, however, donors may restrict gifts for use in any specific project supported by the Foundation.
